Gianni Versace was born in Reggio di Calabria, in southern Italy on December 2nd 1946.  At the age of 22 Gianni became a designer and he became well known in Milan but it wasn’t until 1974 that he released his own clothing line called Complice.  His collection of perfumes and colognes now boasts over 80 popular scents with some of the most famous being “The Dreamer” the last perfume launched during his lifetime and Crystal Noir.
