The Davidoff perfume range was developed by Zino Davidoff in 1984, the first cologne in the range, titled “Davidoff Classic” which is now discontinued, was not as popular as his later releases, Classic was said to resemble another later fragrance by the popular perfumer and designer Tommy Hilfiger
Two years later Zino’s second scent was released, his signature scent, “Zino Davidoff” received better reviews but it was the release of the popular “Cool Water” range that put Zino and his fragrances among some of the top designers today.
The original Cool water was released in 1988, four short years after his first scent hit the market and was a popular choice for many with the continuation of the cool water range Zino Davidoff perfume found fame. The range has now become one of the bestselling fragrances on the market today.
The fragrances are aimed mostly at a younger market, most often at college students although there are some that would be suited to a more mature age group. The cool water range has expanded in the last few years with many additions such as “cool water for women” and the latest release titled “hot water”
